


High School Girls Wellness Week (April 15th-19th)
Spend one week learning about how to take care of your body and mind in order to perform at your peak performance through-out the season. Hands on education on nutrition & fitness. Guest speakers will attend to talk about, mental health and successful athletes.

Schedule/Time: March 18th-23rd. 7:00-8:30PM
Monday: Sleep & Nutrition. Learn the importance of sleep and how it affects the growth and recovery of the body and mind. No Work out this day.
· Tuesday: Sports Performance. Learn about metabolic energy and how it plays a role in your sport. Body mechanics how to move properly and utilize the most out of your power/speed/endurance/agility.
Wednesday: Mental & Emotional Health. Guest Speaker Blue Robinson. Learn the skills needed to deal with emotions and stress.
Thursday: Create your own WOD. How to create a workout program to target the correct muscle groups for a desired outcome.
Friday: The mind can take you anywhere. College athlete guest speaker.
Saturday: Bonneville Shoreline Trail Run. Share learned experiences. Hand out prizes for the weeks competitions.
